Constance Interiors endeavours to deliver items in stock within 1 - 3 weeks from purchase. Items currently out of stock may involve up to a 12 weeks lead time; delivery will take place as soon as possible after items are back in stock.
SHIPPING
Delivery covers mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
However delivery of furniture to Scottish Highlands, non-mainland UK and some parts of Wales (i.e. AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT, TS, CA, LA, TR, GY, IM, JE, LD, SA) will incur additional surcharge. If you are unsure please contact us before buying.
NOTICE FOR CUSTOMER DELIVERY & SIGNATURE
UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM (S) BY OUR COURIER PARTNERS (FEDEX, PARCEL FORCE, SILVERSPRINT, ROYAL MAIL, ETC), PLEASE ENSURE YOU UNPACK & CHECK YOUR GOODS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ITEMS DELIVERED ARE UNPACKED AND CHECKED FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES BEFORE PROVIDING SIGNATURE TO THE DRIVER, OTHERWISE YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT OF REFUND/REPLACEMENT.
All standard mainland deliveries are a one man delivery service to your door and the total cost of your delivery depends on the total order value at checkout.
The following delivery charge should apply to England & Wales (total order value at checkout):
£1- £70 delivery charge £19
£71-£479 delivery charge £30
Free Delivery over £480
Please give us a call if you're purchasing more than a chair so that we can provide you with accurate delivery charges.
Please note that assembly of furniture and removal of packaging is not included in the purchase and delivery price.
For stock items on order, or bespoke items, arrival times in our warehouse are approximate.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure correctly, including all access, prior to purchase. The customer is responsible for any item which does not fit into the property, or room, for which it was intended. All deliveries must be signed for.
Constance Interiors must be notified immediately should the customer not wish to accept delivery.
If you accept a delivery date which you subsequently fail to meet, a £10 charge will apply.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with the product, you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed by email within 7 days of delivery. The cost of returning any goods must be covered by the buyer. Therefore the refund will be issued minus the cost of returning the goods, and a 20% admin charge.
Designer Collection
Free mainland UK delivery on all Designer Collection orders.
International delivery
Purchases made from, and deliveries outside the EU will not be liable for VAT; however other local customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges will be quoted with the full delivery address, area code and nearest port.
