The former playroom has been transformed into a vibrant and inviting family snug, as part of the remodel of this Edwardian home in Whitstable.

The GP&J Baker emerald and coral floral wallpaper sets a rich decorative backdrop, while joyous yellow cabinetry and ceiling infuse the space with energy. The red Soderhamn sofa from Ikea was a perfect fit for the space and colour scheme. Being machine washable was the cherry on top. The seating area offers a comfortable spot to unwind, with enough space to accommodate the whole family and extended family!
 

The room celebrates joy through colour and pattern, creating a lively yet cozy atmosphere. Finishing the look, 1930s-style jazz club wall lights cast a warm, moody glow, enhancing the snug’s eclectic and nostalgic charm.
