The penthouse apartment in seaside Tankerton was screaming to be transformed from the bland, soulless space into a modern coastal, fun, family holiday home. This meant a complete redesign, refurbishment and project management of the three bedroom apartment with a sad looking roof terrace that needed some love too. As it was a holiday home the clients were keen to have a fun vibrant but warm home for their family.  This meant we could really have fun with the decor.

The colour and pattern palette generate a modern coastal feel employing stylish stripes throughout. Complimented by intense blues, calming pinks, electrifying yellow and a warm stone neutral. The furnishings are a selection of timeless 20th century classics, interspersed with Ikea hacks and bespoke soft furnishings.

All these elements mixed together give a feeling of a fun, family home.  Ready to open its arms for frolics at the seaside.
